Villa del Mar 16, passionately crafted for your holiday home
As you will see, here, at Villa del Mar 16, we have dedicated a lot of time in ensuring that our home is clean, welcoming, comfortable and safe. We wish all our guests to enjoy our home so check below a few house rules for the benefit of all of our guests:
Pets not allowed, parties not allowed.
No Smoking allowed inside house.
There will be an extra cleaning fee of 100.00 € if evidence of smoking is found during the check out.
Please turn off A/C, lights etc when going out.
Dishwasher /sink to be left clean
with no dirty dishes / crockery etc.
Dispose of all waste / rubbish
in the green waste collection bins that can be found on the main street, as you go out of the entrance gate of the house turn right and straight in front at the bottom of the road.
Please try to keep the house in order.
If this is not possible for whatever reason an extra cleaning fee will be chargeable @ 15.00 € per hour per cleaner.
Heated pool available
with water at 28°-30°C from May to October at a rate of 15 € per day. Free to use if not heated. The pool cleaner has access to the front gate only.
Barbeque available
to use at a rate of 25.00 €.
Electric car charger available
at the property at a rate of 5 euro/day.
Bikes and scooters.
One adult bike and 2 children’s bikes (age 5-7), scooters for 2 adults and 1 child might be available for free to use, on your responsibility.
Check-in after 16.00h/check-out before 11.00h
For an early check-in or late check-out, please ask in advance for availability.
Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere
during your stay at the villa, and remember that it is located in a residential area.
We do our best to give you all circumstances for you to have a happy & pleasant holiday!
